Barry Bonds and Stolen Lies
May 23rd, 2006 by Casey
You guys got to check this article out over at deadspin. Its amazing how a FAKE article can make it all the way to the Sports Iillustrated homepage. It really is amazing. How can professional reporters just repost stuff they see without trying to verify it themselves or at least showing where they got the info.
Very disgraceful and eye opening. Its a good thing I dont visit the SI site because after seeing this I cant imagine I would believe anything they spout off about. Next time I see an article from SI i will think of this.
Here is the screen shot as the story will HOPEFULLY not stay up very long.

Everybody is entitled in their opinion and this mine.
I respect Babe Ruth and Hank Aaron for not using steroids and should be admired for their born abilities and talents and not enhancement drugs.
Barry has admitted that he did not know he was taking steroids.
I know that this is not 1912 anymore, but if we love baseball let’s bring back the integrity to the game.
Most of us are fooling ourselves thinking that when Barry Bonds break’s Hank Aaron’s record it wasn’t because of steroids.
It’s like the story of the king who wore clothes, but was naked. Let’s stop pretending.
There’s nothing exciting in baseball right now and that’s one of the reason most of us are cheering for. But most of us are cheering for the wrong reasons.
Truth is that steroids do make a difference, otherwise wrestlers and pro athletes would not take them.
Let’s be real. Is fame and glory really worth selling your soul? Knowing that in back of most everyone’s mind that he has cheated baseball.
God will be the last judge. We should set good examples for our kids not like this.
