Hey Tom,

Writing a blog is pretty easy. I would recommend using Wordpress. You can setup a free wordpress.com blog if you dont have a current domain to use otherwise I would suggest to use a domain that you have and set one up on your own server or host. I can help you install it and even help set it up if you would like.

There is a large community of developers and people that will help you do pretty much anything you want with your blog from layout design to all the back end stuff. Its also gratifying learning a new trick!

Its great your interested and it can help you meet all sorts of people and get some exposure online. Picking a solid niche is a great start, you can actually make some pretty good money blogging though I don't here as this is more of a rant and notes type blog for myself.

Let me know if you have any specific questions and ill be glad to help.

Hi,

I was wondering how to start to write a blog.

I've thought about writing about sports some time ago. Thought maybe a blog would be a good way to get started.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thx,
Tom
