Im Lazy, manage my business for me!

Well i’m looking to get a handle on my small office and im looking towards software to manage things. Ive looked around a bit and tested a few different trials and im thinking about purchasing this one. I was attracted to the employee performance review software feature is nice as well as the time clock management peice. I dont know about the price, it seems a little high but if it can streamline this crap for me its probably worth it.
If anyone knows of any other packages please let me know, especially any web based apps so I can access the data from anywhere. That would be so much better for my situation.
