Jewelry for my girlfriend?

So I was thinking I should probably start looking at getting some jewelry for my girlfriend for Christmas. One of our family friends creates beautiful handmade jewelry and Im thinking ill have her make something custom. Im thinking she would like something like these earings. What do you guys think?
Or I can go out and get her a PS3. Im not sure if she would like that though, she would probably think that I was actually buying that for myslef!
Ill keep my eyes open and will see what I can find. Earings or a PS3, whats a guy to do?
