Gizmoz has a Flash-based 3D avatar product that is made from a single picture of a person plus their recorded voice. This is some pretty cool stuff. Im sure the myspace crowd will love it. I can see this eating up the current versions of sitepal and others. Truly unique avatars.

Gmail’s Mail Fetcher

Gmail has added an option to add multiple accounts the their system. Meaning I can access my works POP, Yahoo and other accounts all from the Gmail interface as well as reply to those messages directly. Maybe now I can actually think about switching my email accounts.
