		<description>Tesla is leading the charge, but other companies are also trying to break into the electric car business.  ZAP, Phoenix, Hybrid Technologies, AC Propulsion, Universal Electric Vehicles, Commuter Cars, Miles Automotive and even (believe it or not) General Motors all have interesting things in the works.  I find AutoblogGreen is a pretty good site for keeping track of them.</description>
