<p>I stumbled across this <a href="http://www.zipcodeguy.com/blog/free-zip-code-database/">free zip code database</a> and it may be able to help out a bit. If anyone has ideas on how I can go about grouping all the metropolitan areas by zip and sorted by population that would be great and maybe I will even buy you a beer. </p>
